Youth Sports Performance Training

This class is designed for teens who are passionate about their sport and want to optimize their training. When you’re a competitive athlete, every edge over your competition matters. And while it’s easy to get caught up in the newest flashy workout or trend, I offer training that will increase your fundamental athleticism. Whatever your sport, I’ll help you run faster, jump higher, and be a stronger, more resilient athlete in ways that will shine through.
