I’m Janine Arthur, mother of 3 and fitness enthusiast. I’m a former marathon runner, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and boys basketball and track Coach at Corvallis High School.
Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete, I will provide you with a strength and conditioning program to meet your needs. I will teach you, challenge you, and push you to do things you never thought possible.
